  • By the time I type the task in the app, wouldn't it be faster for me to do it myself?
    Each Client works with the same Personal Assistant allowing us to build a relationship over time. We (securely) keep track of all the information you provide for tasks so that we don't have to ask you for the same information twice. Our goal is to anticipate your needs. The more we work together, the more we get to know your preferences. Think Anne Hathaway in the Devil Wears Prada!
  • What types of tasks can your virtual assistants handle?
    Our virtual assistants can manage a variety of personal tasks, including scheduling appointments, researching and booking service providers, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, researching vacation options, and more. For example, if your HVAC needs servicing, we will find the top 3 providers, request quotes and send you the options. When you choose an option, we can book the appointment and send you the calendar invite.
  • What kinds of errands can you run in person?
    Our in-person errand services include amazon returns, dry cleaning pickup and drop-off, post office runs, last minute grocery runs (up to 10 items), and other local tasks that save you time and effort. We do not transport people but we can research, recommend, and book companies that do provide that service through our virtual personal assistant service.
  • Can I customize my service plan?
    Yes! We offer customizable plans to fit your specific needs. You can contact us to discuss a tailored solution that works best for you.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve the Northern Virginia area for our in-person errand running services. Our Virtual Assistant services and the Bespoke Services are available to clients in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. areas. We hope to expand our in-person service soon.
  • How are tasks assigned and managed?
    Tasks are assigned and managed through our project management software, ClickUp. You'll have access to your personal dashboard to track progress and communicate with your assistant. There is both a browser and app version.
  • How do you ensure the security of your services?
    We prioritize confidentiality and use secure methods to handle your information and tasks. All personal assistants sign NDAs and we use cyber security best practices to protect your information.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our virtual assistants are available to complete tasks at any time between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. In-person errands must be requested by Sunday night and we will notify customers Monday morning on which day of the week our assistants will run in person errands.
  • How do I communicate with my personal assistant?
    Communication is facilitated through our project management software, ClickUp, or via email depending on your preference.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel at any time. Your monthly subscription will still be active through the end of your service period.
  • How do I know which plan is right for me?
